- 14 Ounces sweetened shredded coconut
- 14 Ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 extra-large egg whites, at room temperature

If you love coconut as much as I do, you will love these macaroons! You can serve them plain or dip the bottoms in melted dark chocolate for a decadent dessert. I serve these when I know some of my guests need gluten free and they adore them!
