- 1 cup carrot shredded
- 1 cup spinach leaves chopped
- 1 lb chicken breast cooked and cut into bite sized cubes
- 16 oz gnocchi 1 package

Chicken and gnocchi soup with an ultra creamy and delicious sauce, with onions, celery, carrots, spinach, and herbs mixed in. This is a throwback to the Olive Garden soup by the same name. You can also make the soup’s cream as thin or as thick as you’d like – there are notes in the instructions so you can go either way.
