Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe Description
I wanted that creamy very cheesy taste or risotto without all that work. This creamy parmesan rice is my easy way to get a similar flavor with half the work. If the rice ends up to thick you can add a splash of milk at the end to thin it out. My whole family loved this and the ease of making this makes me glad they did so I can make it again!
