Ingredients
- 6 baking potatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 2 cups chili (optional as topping)
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Recipe Description
I love making our loaded baked potatoes this way! Once again, tossing them in the crockpot and forgetting about it for a few hours. Once done, top with your favorite toppings and it’s optional if you want to place back in crockpot for a few minutes to melt the toppings on top which is what we usually do.
