- 4-6 oz. Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 1 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate Square, grated
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Pecans
Recipe Description
Wow that special someone with some Home Made Truffles for Valentine’s Day or just because. These are so easy to make and totally delicious. Customize them by rolling in your favorite chopped nuts, or coconut or just put another layer of chocolate on top. Any way is good. And if one of the chocolate ones happens to find its way into a cup of hot milk for a totally decadent hot chocolate, I won’t tell anyone if you don’t.
Once you’ve made your own Truffles, it’s hard to go out and buy them anymore. I mean, why would you?
