Everyone loves Chicken Francaise, so why not adapt the recipe for fish? Flounder is a light, flaky white fish that lends itself nicely to fast, stove top cooking. The slightly sweet lemon sauce really adds so much to the fish you’ll even get your most picky eater to love it this!

Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine eggs, cheese, parsley and milk in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a saucepan combine chicken stock, lemon juice, sugar and wine and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium and reduce by half. Dip fillets in batter and cook in a nonstick pan with a small amount of cooking spray. Cook on both sides until fillets are golden brown. Place fillets on a sheet pan and bake for 5 to 6 minutes. When ready to serve, pour lemon sauce over fillets and enjoy!
