- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 T sugar
- 2 T White Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp salt (divided)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 cucumbers

If you plant cucumbers in your garden, they’re likely coming out of your ears come the end of July, atleast here in Iowa they are. In an effort to use them all up, a cucumber salad recipe to throw together quickly is nice to have around. This recipe is easy and takes almost no effort to make. One to keep handy for sure.
