- 3 eggs lightly beaten

- 5 cups of cooked white rice (at least a day old)

- 2 teaspoons fish sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- ⅛ cup diced (chopped) green onion
