- 1/4 CUP Fresh Sage (minced)
- 1/2 CUP Dry Sherry
- 2 CUP Chicken Stock
- 1 Shallot (minced)
- 2 TBSP (Butter)
- 1/2 CUP Dry Sherry
- 2 CUP Heavy Cream
