Recipe Description

One of my family’s favorite take out meals is Chinese food. We especially love egg rolls, crab rangoons, and General Tao’s Chicken. The only thing that I don’t personally love is that restaurants typically use such cheap chicken meat. I am not a fan of biting down into overly fried chicken bites only to find dark meat, fat, and sometimes even bony cartilage. So, I took matters into my own hands and started making my very own General Tao’s Chicken with No Batter using Blue Dragon sauce.
