- 1lb (455g) white mushrooms, cut in half
- 24floz (750mls ) gluten free beef stock
- 2 cups (500mls) red wine
- 3 tbsp cornstarch (arrowroot for paleo)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
