- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 3 TBSP coconut oil
- For the Champagne Sauce
- 2 cups strawberries, tops taken off and halved
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 TBSP champagne (or orange juice!)
