- 1 TBSP onion powder
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 TBSP granulated garlic (garlic powder will do here too)
- 1 1/2 tsp GF worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- green onion, croutons, popcorn, bacon crumbles for garnish

This gluten-free slow cooker beer cheese soup is as simple as mixing a few simple ingredients together and letting it cook! The combination of cheddar cheese, your favorite gluten-free beer, and tasty spices provides the base for this creamy, cheesy, warmly addicting soup!
I wanted to master a gluten-free beer cheese soup and not work hard at it at all. So out came the slow cooker and a couple of attempts in the kitchen.
