- 2 ounces Pearl Vodka (Black Pearl or Vanilla Bean)
- 2 ounces White Chocolate Liqueur
- splash (or about 1/2 ounce) Hazelnut Liqueur (like Frangelico)
- 1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
- 3 ounces (1 shot) heavy cream or whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if not using the Pearl Vanilla Bean), optional

Have your dessert and drink it too! A STL icon in martini form. GOOEY BUTTER CAKE! It comes in all flavors and assortments, and if you haven’t tried it, you haven’t lived! It’s a STL tradition that we don’t take lightly, and I thought it would be fun to make it into cocktail form! Every great dessert needs a liquid companion, am I right?
