- 1/3 C tapioca flour
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb total)
- salt
- pepper
- avocado oil, for frying (or cooking oil of choice)
- lemon wedges, for serving
Recipe Description
This classic dish gets a grain free makeover! Made with ground almond meal, these pork cutlets are juicy, tasty, and delicious. The almond meal in place of the regular bread crumbs is a great way to make a dish grain free and gluten free. I served these cutlets with a simple salad and some lemon wedges.
