- 1 CUP Beef Stock
- 2 CUP Orzo Pasta (cooked per package instructions)
- 4 OZ Parmesan Cheese (shaved)
- 5 Garlic Cloves (sliced thinly)
- 2 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Black Peppercorns
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 TSP Ground Allspice
- 1/2 TSP Ground Cloves
- 1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
- 2 TSP Dried Oregano
- 1 1/2 CUP Red Wine
- 1/4 CUP Red Wine Vinegar
