Ingredients
- 16 ounces small pasta
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1/4 cup chopped peperoncinis
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 2/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
Recipe Description
Summer is so full of great foods and without doubt pasta salad is one of them. There are few things as simple as pasta salad. This easy flavor packed Greek Pasta Salad comes together in about fifteen minutes. You can make it up to a couple days in advance. When I do that I freshen with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of red wine vinegar. I also wait to add the feta just until serving. If you don’t like peperoncinis substitute thin slices of red onion.
