- 1/4 CUP Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 CUP Cilantro Stems
- 2 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 Lime (zested and juiced)
- 2-3 Serrano Chilies (cut in half and minced)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1/2 Small Red Onion (minced)
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 1/4 CUP Rice Vinegar
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1/4 TSP Black Pepper
