- 2 cans of chicken Hormel Premium Chicken Breast in water {no salt added}, drained
- ⅓ cup pecans, chopped
- ⅓ cup celery, chopped
- ⅓ cup seedless grapes, quartered
- ½ cup non fat greek yogurt
- ¼ cup organic mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon honey

5 Minute Chicken Salad that is ready in 5 minutes, gluten-free, delicious, light and packed with protein. One of my favorites. The thing about this salads is I like mine with just a bit of mayo, not too much, mixed with just a few additional ingredients. The less is more theory. To keep it lighter I like to greek yogurt and just a bit of mayo. Just the way I like!
