Ingredients
- 1 small bunch of cilantro with most of the stems removed (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 of a red onion quartered
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 jalapeno stem removed
- 1 can (28 ounce) fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

This mouthwatering good Salsa Recipe is one of my favorites. You can have this beauty prepared in about five minutes. It is perfect with chips, quesadillas, burritos and tacos. You can spoon over quiche, scrambled eggs, omelettes and frittatas. You can slow cook it with chicken, beef or pork. The many uses of salsa when it comes to recipes and cooking are unlimited.
