- 2-3 bay leaves, optional
- 10 cups water (approximate)

If you have a turkey left-over from Thanksgiving or Christmas, don’t throw it away! Instead use it to make this hearty, rich Turkey Broth that is a wonderful base for many other ingredients. Bone broth is also very healthy and boosts immunity to help fight off winter colds and flu. While it takes awhile to cook, this broth comes together quickly and is not difficult to make.
