- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Italian Dressing ( depending on the amount of chicken your making) Regular, Low Calorie or Fat Free
- 8 drumsticks or chicken thighs, washed and pat dry

It’s ridiculously easy and full of flavor. When I make it, I usually bake more chicken than we’ll eat that evening so we have leftovers for lunch the next day to put in a salad or eat just so. How easy is it? If you’ve got a bottle of Italian dressing this chicken is but an hour away from being dinner.
