  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ c. grated cheese
  • ½ c. mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ lb ground meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ bag of Frozen Green Peas
  • 2 medium size of tomato paste and a little water
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • bread crumbs to roll in (about 3 cups)
