If you like Jalapenos, you will love this Jalapeno Jack Burger with Picante Mayo Recipe. We are skipping Pizza Friday this week and enjoying some burgers instead. I have been craving some grilled burgers but this weather is not having it, ha ha! Yup another storm on it’s way this weekend. I just want some sunshine so I can get out on that patio and grill some burgers and dogs. For Christmas I grabbed this Lodge Pre-Seasoned Square Grill Pan for the hubby. We are loving this pan for cooking burgers (I actually think it is officially the new burger pan). It cooks the burgers so evenly and allows the grease to drain so well. Plus it makes those neat little lines like the restaurants flame broiled, ha ha! Yes, I am a geek and notice such things, lol.
