Ingredients
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 14 oz. cans of quartered artichoke hearts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
- 3 generous handfuls of chopped kale
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- red pepper flakes to taste (about ¼ tsp.)
- ¼ c. white wine
- 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
- ¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ c. reduced-fat sour cream
- ½ c. shredded Italian blend cheese, optional
Recipe Description
This creamy dip is really easy to make and doesn’t have mayonnaise, which I’m not a fan of in my dips. It uses reduced-fat ingredients to be slightly better for you than its heavier counterparts, and the kale adds a new twist on the classic spinach artichoke dip. This artichoke dip would be perfect for a girls night, watching football, or holiday parties!
