Recipe Description
Coq au Vin is a classic dish of chicken cooked in wine. We went off the rails and took things to a new level by swapping out the wine for Bird Song Brewing’s Lazy Bird Brown Ale. We also used only chicken legs instead of a whole chicken. The result was a flavorful and delicious new dish from an old classic.
