- 1/2 cup Elbow Pasta/ Macaroni
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
- 1/6 tsp Cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Butter
This simple and instant mac and cheese in a mug recipe, made with a handful of ingredients in just 5 minutes. It is one of the best mug meals which is rich, creamier, and extremely delicious.
Add ⅙ tsp of cornstarch in the milk and stir until it dissolves properly.
Microwave it until the water absorbs and the pasta is fully cooked. It takes about 4 minutes to get cooked completely. First, put the pasta in the microwave for 2 minutes and stir it. Then keep it in for 1 minute and stir again. Lastly, keep it for 1 more minute and stir.
Later, add ⅓ cup of milk in the mug and ½ cup grated cheese. Mix it well.
Microwave it for the final 30-60 seconds. Add pepper to taste and mix everything well so the macaroni is coated properly with the creamy sauce. Serve it hot and enjoy it.
