Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
- 1 tablespoon (1/8 of a stick) of butter
- 1 Egg Beaten (just whip it in a dish with a fork)
- 1 Cup of Whole Milk
- 1½ Cups Cheddar Cheese (divided)
- 1½Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Cup Seasoned Dry Breadcrumbs
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
