I first tried this while living in Malibu, and ended up craving it after we moved from there. This is my take on a dish which we enjoyed at Coobies Beach Cafe in Malibu. Any time we want a special dinner, I make this. A lovely light topping for grilled salmon or any seafood. It’s also good just as a fruit bowl for breakfast.
