- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasonings
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of red crushed pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 package of meatball mix (it has pork veal, ground beef in it)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 package of bagged iceberg lettuce salad
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp of sugar
- 1 clove of garlic, minced finely
- ½ teaspoon a ground mustard
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
