Meatball sliders you can prep in advance, making an easy meal on busy nights. My kids are in activities four days a week during prime dinner time! Obviously I did not think this through. At least the weekends will be that much sweeter! I’ve been trying to come up with ways to keep my sanity without hitting the drive thru. These little sliders are perfect.
