- 1/2 cup barley
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 12 oz bag frozen vegetables

This soup is my mom’s recipe and let me tell ya, it is amazing!!! Nothing is better than a bowl of this on a cold night. Not only is it full of flavor, but its full of healthy veggies!! It freezes great too, so the leftovers can be stored for another evening! With the cold weather among us, this is just the thing to make!
