Recipe Description

1-           Two pieces of bread

2-           Shredded mozzarella cheese

3-           Creamy cheese

4-           Two tablespoons of olive oil

5-           Half teaspoon of black pepper powder

The cooking:

Take two pieces of bread, and place them on a clean plate. Grab that creamy cheese of any kind, and spread that cheese on the bread. Be careful not to add too much cheese. Then add a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese on two pieces of bread.

Now, preheat the pan to medium, and add a splash of black pepper powder, then let it simmer for a few seconds. Add a spoonful of olive oil to the pan, grab that sandwich, and place it on the pan.

After a few minutes, make sure that the side of the sandwich is cooking well, then add a teaspoon of olive oil over the sandwich. When the sandwich is cooked well on that side, and the cheese is melted, then flip the sandwich. Let it cook for a few more minutes. Make sure the cheese is cooked well. Take that sandwich off the heat, and serve it on a platter.

Enjoy.
