Recipe Description

This is one of my favorite side dishes. It reminds me of growing up and being so excited it was fajita night. On a side note, this rice is DELICIOUS in breakfast burritos. One reason I make this so much is because I always hope in the morning that my husband has whipped up one of his famous burritos. The best thing is you can throw everything in one pot, put it in the oven and you are done.
