Peach Mango Salsa with Avocado and Corn perfect for summer entertaining. Light, fresh and great with chips or on seafood. I love a good fruity salsa since it’s so light and refreshing. This one is good on shrimp tacos or over salmon. Or just with chips. This recipe was inspired by three of my favorite recipes; Peach Mango Sorbet, Black Bean and Corn Salsa and a Mango Avocado Salad.
