Recipe Description

This is the ultimate “it looks and tastes difficult but is really, oh so easy” type of recipe. Don’t you love those? Boneless pork chops are stuffed with mozzarella cheese and store bought pesto. The pork is then breaded and quickly browned and then finishes cooking in the oven. Serve along side pasta or potatoes.
