Recipe Description

A creamy dijon and mushroom sauce make this one of my favorite pork recipes! Simple to make and you can even substitute chicken for the pork! If you like the taste of dijon mustard (like I do), I strongly suggest doubling the amount of mustard that you use. Be sure not to skimp on the cooking time – you will need it to get the pork chops fork-tender!
