Pork Loin Stir Fry is...
A very simple to cook stir fry dish with everyday easy and cheap to buy products found in any local food produce store near you. Time for preparation is around 15 minutes and another 30 - 45 minutes cooking time makes this a very delicious meal for you either for lunch or as an evening meal.
1: Cut the pork loin in thin strips.
2: Cut the garlic in thin slices.
3: Cut the green pepper in large rings and slice up the onion.
4: Add 5cl of olive oil to a deep bowl and place the pork loin and garlic into it. Sprinkle some parsley, paprika and salt. Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight.
5: Place a frying pan on high heat and add the contents of the bowl along with the green pepper and onion. Fry for 5 to 10 minutes making sure to stir it often.
6: Enjoy… With a plate of homemade chips!
