- 4 large red potatoes halved
- 3 large carrots cut into thirds
- 2 large onions cut into halves
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
- 1 cup water
Recipe Description
A delicious and simple pot roast and veggies in the crock pot meal. A few simple tricks will produce the most tender and flavor meal. I love making this in the fall time because it allows me to get other things done while my home is fragranced with the smells of a hot meal. Ideal for beginner cooks too!
