It’s Chinese New Year’s and a good excuse to make Potstickers. Not only are they delicious and not that hard to make, but you can make lots and lots of them at once, and freeze them to enjoy anytime you get a craving for Potstickers and don’t want to or feel like getting takeout. Keep a bunch in the freezer for a quick and easy appetizer or meal. They’re good either way.
