- 4 ounces Mascarpone (you can substitute cream cheese if you desire) (100 grams)(remove from refrigerator approximately 30-40 minutes before use.
- 2½ tablespoons powdered sugar (19½ grams)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla (2½ grams)
