- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Recipe Description
It’s Fall and that means Soups!  The colder weather months are coming and this is a great soup to make ahead and freeze for the days you need a hot bowl of soup in a hurry.  This is one of my families favorites and it’s easy to prepare.
