- 2 cans cans tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Description
This quick and easy goulash has been in our family for over ten years now, and everyone that tries it loves it. You can add this to your repertoire of quick and easy recipes, because you can have it on the table in about 30 minutes!
I keep the recipe a little healthier by using lean ground beef and low-sodium tomato soup. You could use ground chicken or turkey and whole-grain or gluten-free pasta as well. If you wanted to melt some cheese over the top, you could pour it in a casserole dish and put it in the oven for a few minutes.
I like to serve it alongside a salad or steamed broccoli! Enjoy ;)
