- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 small cucumbers
- 3,5 oz yoghurt
- 2 tsp horseradish
- salt and pepper

I’ll present you the recipe for a radish cucumber salad with horseradish dressing.
For me personally it was the first time I ate this salad together with the Obatzter and the pretzels and I think it’s a perfect combination. I’m sure you have not even tried this salad, because it is a creation of my own.
