Ingredients
- 1 pint Fresh Raspberries (2/3 cups mashed)
- 3/4 cups Pure Cane Sugar
- 3 tsp Real Fruit Pectin
Recipe Description
We have jars of this in our Freezer and it lasts a while! We use it on bread, and in our homemade raspberry drop cookies.
Takes less than 5 minutes to make and you can use it right away or store in fridge for a while to get it nice and cold.
To store some , place in a mason jar and freeze once you are done making a batch of it.
A much healthier alternative to jam and less ingredients :)
