Recipe Description

This sauce is very flavorful! Such a welcome change from a plain tomato based sauce. It is easy, too. The hardest part is the time to roast the pepper and garlic, not hard, just some time. I pulled some nice peppers out of my garden, but you can get them at the store and it is so worth how wonderful and creamy and delicious this sauce ends up tasting! It can be served over pasta or other things as well.
