Recipe Description
Pork chops that are slow braised in a delicious cooking liquid scented with fresh rosemary and thyme. The pork chops are falling off the bone tender and the “gravy” is ever so delicious.
I cook for my husband and me so the recipe reflects for 2 chops. The amount of flour as in the recipe is probably enough for two more chops, just adjust flour and seasonings in the flour for more chops than that.
This is a fabulous family meal and when you get the chops on sale it’s on the inexpensive side.
