- 1/2 Package Dry Au Jus mix

Recipe Description
We like a ‘saucy’ Beef Stroganoff, but one that has bold flavors and is appealing to all the members in the house. Served with a green or orange vegetable alongside the noodles, you have a full flavored, hearty meal. One that is suitable for a company dinner or just because. You can also make this vegetarian easily, just by omitting the meat.
