- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp fresh oregano
- 3 cups shredded gruyere cheese
