Recipe Description

If you love sushi but don’t want to mess around with the raw fish bit, try these out. They’re light, tasty and easy to make. Adding the cream cheese in the middle adds a lovely creamy note, and the Nori adds a note of authenticity. I usually have Bok Choy on hand so that is an easy add. I’ve recently discovered Tat Soi, which is a mustardy, strong flavoured green. But it is awesome in this dish.
